1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Musa ibn Bakr from al-Fudayl who has said the following: “Once, a slave said to abu ‘ Abd Allah عليه السلام, ‘I had said to my master, “Sell me for seven hundred dirham, I pay you three hundred dirham.’” Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, said, ‘If you owned something on the day you made the condition then you must pay, and if you did not have anything on that day, there is nothing on you.’”
