Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hassan ibn Ali from al-‘Abbas ibn ‘Amir and Muhammad ibn Yahya al- Khath’amiy from Durays ibn ‘Abd al-Malik who has said the following: “When it was mentioned to abu Ja‘far عليه السلام, that a man married a woman during the heat of the midday, abu Ja’far عليه السلام, said, ‘I do not see they can agree.’ They then separated from each other (as he (the Imam) had mentioned).’”
