Cheating from Man’s Side in Marriage

4. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Aban from ‘Abbad al-Dabbiy who has said the following: “About the case of a man who is impotent, abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘When it is found out that he is impotent and cannot sleep with women, they are separated from each other; and if he goes to bed with her even once then they are not separated from each other; man is not turned away because of defect.’”
