1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il from Mansur ibn Yunus from ‘Abd al-Hamid ibn ‘Awwad who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, about forming marriage terms with a woman; if I can go to bed with her without paying her anything in cash of her mahr (dower). He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, you can do so, it is only a debt on you.’”
