Al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) Is Not Permissible With Non-Chaste Women
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from Muhammad ibn af-Fudayl who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan عليه السلام, about the case of a woman who was beautiful but was involved in indecent acts if it was permissible to form al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) with her for a day or more. He (the Imam) said, ’If she is known as a fornicator then al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) is not proper with her as well as marriage.’”
