Revocation of Divorce without Going to Bed is not Valid

1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated, from his father from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd al-Karim from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘Going back to one’s wife is to go to bed with her, otherwise, it is counted as one divorce.”’
