Waiting Period for a Divorced Woman and Where She must have it

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘A divorced woman must not go out without the permission of her husband until her waiting period is complete after three Hayd (menses)-free periods or three months, if she does not experience Hayd (menses).’”
