A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from his father from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from al- Qasim ibn Sulayman from Jarrah al-Mada’iniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘You must not keep a hunting dog in the house unless there is a door between you and the dog.’”
