Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah and Husayn ibn ‘Uthman from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has narrated the following: “About the case of a man who dies and a certain one of his heir confirms his owing a certain amount. He (the Imam) said, ‘It become binding and applicable to his share in the legacy.’”
