4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who has narrated the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, about the case of a man who dies and leaves behind a son who is owned by someone. He (the Imam) said, ‘His son is bought, set free and the rest of the legacy is given to him.’”
