The Free and Slaves do not Inherit each other

1- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حُمْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ لا يَتَوَارَثُ الْحُرُّ وَالْمَمْلُوكُ.
1. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Afi af-Washsha’ from Jamif ibn Darraj and Muhammad ibn Humran who has narrated the foiiowing: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘The free and slaves do not inherit each other.’”
