Abu Abdillah عليه السلام was asked about a man who has a right over another man, but the latter denies his right and swears that he owes him nothing. The claimant has no evidence to support his claim. Is it permissible for him to revive his right through false testimony if he fears losing it? Imam عليه السلام replied: "It is not permissible due to the reason of deception."
