When you go into ruku' (bowing), say: "O’ Allah سبحانه وتعالى, for You have I bowed, to You have I submitted, in You do I believe, and upon You do I rely. You are my Lord عز وجل. My face, hearing, sight, hair, skin, flesh, blood, brain, nerves, and bones bow before You. Whatever is under me from the earth is humbled before Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Lord عز وجل of the worlds." Then say: "Glory be to my Lord عز وجل, the Great, and with His praise" three times. If you say it five times, it is better, and if you say it seven times, it is even more excellent. However, three praises suffice, and you may say: "Glory be to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, Glory be to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, Glory be to Allah سبحانه وتعالى." One complete praise is acceptable for the sick and those in a hurry. Then, raise your head from the ruku' position, lift your hands, and stand upright. Say: "Allah سبحانه وتعالى hears those who praise Him. All praise is due to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Lord عز وجل of all the worlds, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, the Possessor of majesty, power, and greatness." It suffices to say "Allah سبحانه وتعالى hears those who praise Him." Then say "Allahu Akbar" and go into Sujood (prostration), placing your hands on the ground together before your knees.
