Among his regular practices was reciting 'Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad' (Surah Al-Ikhlas) Whenever he recited one of these chapters, he would sit as one sits when in a hurry and then stand. He عليه السلام, was the first to establish the sitting between the two sermons, and he would deliver the sermon that we recorded after the Jumu’ah prayer."
