Chapter on the Reward of Supplication in Marketplaces

Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 5

Volume 3, Book 2, Chapter 5

وَ الْفَصِيحُ مَا يَتَكَلَّمُ وَ الْأَعْجَمُ مَا لَا يَتَكَلَّمُ.

And the speaking refers to those who talk, while the silent refers to those who do not speak.
