Commentary #3
وَ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ لِلْعِدَّةِ إِذَا رَأَتْ أَوَّلَ قَطْرَةٍ مِنَ الدَّمِ الثَّالِثِ بَانَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا وَ لَمْ تَحِلَّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجاً غَيْرَهُ.
Additionally, a woman divorced for the third time becomes completely separated (baʾina) from her husband upon witnessing the first drop of blood from her third menstruation. She does not become lawful for him again until she marries another husband.
