Chapter on the Divorce of a Woman Who Has Not Been Consummated and the Ruling on a Woman Whose Husband Passes Away Before or After Consummation
Commentary #1
وَ لَيْسَ لِلْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا سُكْنَى وَ لَا نَفَقَةٌ.
Additionally, a woman whose husband has passed away is not entitled to housing or financial maintenance.
