Muhammad ibn Al-Hasan commented: “The part of this report that says, "What if he prays without wiping it with water?" may have been asked by the narrator, not Abu Abdullah عليه السلام. Since the report does not explicitly clarify who asked, we interpret it as we mentioned - touching iron does not necessitate repeating the prayer.”
