فهذان الخبران محمولان على حال التقية لانهما تضمنا ذكر الثعالب أيضا وقد بينا انه مما لا تجوز الصلاة فيه فأما السنجاب خاصة فقد رخص لنا الصلاة فيه وقد بيناه وأما السمور فقد بيناه في حديث زرارة وغيره انه مما لا تجوز الصلاة فيه ويزيده بيانا
These two narrations are to be understood as applying to the condition of taqiyyah (dissimulation), because they also include mention of foxes, and we have already clarified that prayer in them is not permissible. As for the squirrel (sanjab) specifically, there is a dispensation for us to pray in it, and we have explained that.
