الكلام على هذه الاخبار من وجوه أحدها أنه ليس في شئ منها انه يصلي فيه أي صلاة وإذا لم يكن هذا فيه حملناه على صلاة الجنازة لان صلاة الجنازة مما يجوز أن يصليها الانسان وإن لم يكن ثوبه طاهرا كما أنه يجوز أن لا تكون نفسه طاهرة والآخر انه يجوز أن يصلي إلا انه يجب عليه عند وجود الماء غسله وإعادة الصلاة والذي يدل على ذلك ما رواه
