قال الشيخ رحمه الله ولا بأس أن يؤذن الانسان وهو على غير وضوء ولا يقيم إلا وهو على وضوء
The Shaykh, may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, said: "There is no harm if a person gives the adhan while not in a state of ritual purity (without wuduʾ), but he should not give the iqamah except while in a state of wuduʾ."
