وإذا صلى أربع ركعات من صلاة الليل ثم أدركه الصبح جاز له أن يتم صلاة الليل ثم يصلي
And if he has prayed four rak‘ahs of the night prayer and then dawn reaches him, it is permissible for him to complete te night prayer and then perform Fajr prayer.
