فهذا الخبر ايضا موافق للعامة وليس عليه العمل لان الذي يجب فيه التقصير القدر الذي ذكرناه سواء كانت مسيرة يومين أو أقل أو أكثر ويجوز أن يكن الخبر محمولا على من يسير في اليومين أقل مما يجب فيه التقصير فخينئذ يجب عليه التمام والذي يكشف عما ذكرناه ما رواه
So this report is also in agreement with the 'amma (the general public, meaning non-Shia), and it is not acted upon, because that in which shortening (of the prayer) is obligatory is the measure we have mentioned, whether it be a journey of two days or less or more. And it is permissible that the report be interpreted as referring to someone who, in the two days, travels less than the distance in which shortening is obligatory so in that case, completion (of the prayer) is obligatory upon him.
