فليس في هذين الخبرين ما ينافي ما قدمناه لانه ليس فيهما مقدار المسافة التي يخرج فيها وإذا لم يكن ذلك فيهما احتمل ان يكون المراد بهما إذا كانت الضيعة قريبة إليه فلا يجب عليه حينئذ التقصير
So there is nothing in these two reports that contradicts what we have previously presented, because they do not mention the distance of the journey. And since that is not mentioned in them, it is possible that what is meant by them is when the estate is near to him, and thus shortening (the prayer) is not obligatory upon him in that case.
