وكذلك من وجه إليه زكاة مال ليفرقه ووجد لها موضعا فلم يفعل ثم هلك كان ضامنا روى ذلك:
Likewise, whoever has the zakat of wealth sent to him so that he may distribute it, and he finds a place for it but does not do so, then it perishes, he is liable.
