فأما إذا كانوا مخالفين فلا يجوز أن يعطوا وإن كانوا أقارب، يدل على ذلك ما رواه:
As for when they are opponents (mukhalifin), it is not permissible for them to be given, even if they are relatives. That is what he narrated (in the following hadith):
