فصرح في هذا الحديث بنفي الحرج على من لا يجده، ولو كان واجبا على كل حال لما ارتفع الحرج عنه بل كان يلحقه الذم والعقاب.
Thus, in this hadith, he explicitly stated the negation of hardship from the one who does not find it. And if it had been obligatory in every circumstance, the hardship would not have been removed from him; rather, blame and punishment would have attached to him.
