قال الشيخ رحمه الله:) وإذا خلف الرجل عند اهله نفقة للسنين فبلغت ما يجب فيه الزكاة فان كان حاضرا وجب عليه فيها الزكاة وان كان غائبا فليس عليه زكاة(. يدل على ذلك ما رواه:
The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, said: “When a man leaves with his family maintenance for years, and it reaches the amount on which zakat becomes obligatory, then if he is present, zakat is obligatory upon him concerning it, and if he is absent, then there is no zakat upon him.” What indicates that is what was narrated (in the following hadith):
