28-85 Abdul Wahid Muhammad ibn Ubdoos al-Neishaburi al-Attar -may God be pleased with him - narrated that Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Qutaybaquoted on the authority of Hamdan ibn Soleiman al-Neishaboori, on the authority of Abdul Salam ibn Salih al-Harawi that he had heard Abul Hassan Ali ibn Musa Al-Ridha صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم say, “The acts of the people are created.” Abdul Salam ibn Salih al-Harawi asked the Imam صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم, “O son of the Prophet of God! What does created mean?” The Imam صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said, “It means they are destined.”
