One Who Causes Suffering to Muslims and Belittles Them

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from al- Hus,ayn ibn ‘Uthman from Muhammad ibn abu Hamza from those whom has mentioned (in his book) from Abu ‘Abdillah عليه السلام who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام has said, ‘Whoever looks down upon a believer, destitute or not, Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, continues looking down upon him and hate him until he changes his attitude as such toward a believer.’”
