The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain عليه السلام Is Equal to the Reward of Performing an ‘Umrah

5. Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan Al-Saffār, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from Muḥammad ibn ‘Ali, from Ibrāhīm ibn Yaḥyā Al-Qaťťān, from his father Abil Bilād, who said: I asked Abal Ḥasan (Imam Riďā عليه السلام) about (the reward for) going to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain عليه السلام. Imam عليه السلام asked, “What is your opinion about this (matter)?” I replied, “We say that it is equal to performing a Hajj and an ‘Umrah.” Imam عليه السلام said, “It is equal to performing a purified ‘Umrah.”
