Love for the Prophet's Household invites hardship
Nahj al-Balāgha|Volume 1|Book 3|Chapter 112
١١٢. مَنْ أَحَبَّنَا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ فَلْيَسْتَعِدَّ لِلْفَقْرِ جِلْبَاباً.
112. Whoever loves us, members of the Household (of the Prophet), should be prepared to face destitution.
