The Chapter of Ritual Baths (Ghusl)
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 19
وَقَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: «غُسْلُ اَلْجَنَابَةِ وَ اَلْحَيْضِ وَاحِدٌ.
Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: 'The ghusl (ritual bath) for janabah (ritual impurity due to sexual discharge) and menstruation is the same.'.
