Washing of the Deceased
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 24
وَقَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: «إِنَّ بَيْنَ اَلدُّنْيَا وَ اَلْآخِرَةِ أَلْفَ عَقَبَةٍ أَهْوَنُهَا وَ أَيْسَرُهَا اَلْمَوْتُ.
The Imam عليه السلام said: "Indeed, between this world and the Hereafter, there are a thousand obstacles, the easiest and least difficult of which is death."
