Chapter on Touching the Deceased
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 25
وَ رُوِيَ: «أَنَّهُ حُنِّطَ بِمِثْقَالِ مِسْكٍ سِوَى اَلْكَافُورِ.
It is reported that the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم was embalmed with a mithqal (a specific weight) of musk in addition to camphor.
