The Chapter on Obligatory Prayers
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 30
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ: «مَنِ اِتَّقَى عَلَى ثَوْبِهِ فِي صَلاَتِهِ فَلَيْسَ لِلَّهِ اِكْتَسَى.
The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said: "Whoever is overly cautious about his clothing during prayer (focusing excessively on keeping it clean or arranged), is not truly clothing himself for Allah سبحانه وتعالى”.
