Book 1, Chapter 45
The Call to Prayer and the Establishment of Prayer and the Reward of the Muezzins
Imam Ali عليه السلام said: "The last thing my beloved (the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said to me before parting was: 'O’ Ali, when you lead the prayer, lead it considering the weakest among those behind you. And do not appoint a mu'adhdhin who takes payment for his adhan.'"
