Book 1, Chapter 45
The Call to Prayer and the Establishment of Prayer and the Reward of the Muezzins
Abu Basir narrated from one of the Imams عليه السلام that He said: "Bilal was a righteous servant who said: 'I will not call the adhan for anyone after the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم.' Therefore, on that day, 'Hayya 'ala khayr al-'Amal' (Hasten to the best of deeds) was left out."
