Abu Habib Najiyah said to Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام: "I have a mill where I grind sesame seeds, and I stand to pray, knowing that the servant is asleep. I strike the wall to wake him up." Imam عليه السلام said: "Yes, you are in the obedience of your Lord عز وجل, seeking your sustenance. There is no harm in that."
