Chapter on Fasting with Authorization
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 2|Book 2|Chapter 31
وَ رَوَى رِفَاعَةُ عَنْهُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: « لَيْلَةُ اَلْقَدْرِ هِيَ أَوَّلُ اَلسَّنَةِ وَ هِيَ آخِرُهَا ».
Rifāʿa narrated from Imam عليه السلام that Imam عليه السلام said: "The Night of Qadr is the beginning of the year and it is its end."
