Chapter on Those Permitted to Depart Early From Muzdalifah Before Fajr

Hadith.2994 - Ali ibn Ri’ab narrated from Misma‘, from Abu Ibrahim عليه السلام, regarding a man who stood with the people at Jam‘ (Muzdalifah) and then departed before the people began to leave. Imam عليه السلام said: "If he was unaware, then there is nothing upon him. But if he departed before the break of dawn, then he must offer the sacrifice of a sheep."
