Chapter on Fulfilling the Acts of Grooming (qada' Al-Tafath)
Abu Basir narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام regarding the saying of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Almighty: "Then let them complete their prescribed duties" (Surah Al-Hajj 22:29). Imam عليه السلام said: "It refers to what happens to a person during the state of ihram. When he enters Mecca, performs the tawaf, and speaks good words, that becomes an expiation for what occurred during his ihram."
