Chapter on Judging by the Testimony of Two Women and the Oath of the Claimant
Hammad narrated from al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, that: "The Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, peace be upon him and his family, permitted the testimony of women along with the oath of the claimant in matters of debt, where he swears by Allah سبحانه وتعالى that his claim is true."
