Chapter on Invalidating Testimony Regarding Injustice, Usury, and Contradiction to the Sunnah
وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي اَلْحُسَيْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ اَلْأَسَدِيِّ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "لاَ تَشْهَدْ عَلَى مَنْ يُطَلِّقُ لِغَيْرِ اَلسُّنَّةِ".
In a narration from Abu al-Husayn Muhammad ibn Ja'far al-Asadi (may Allah سبحانه وتعالى be pleased with him), Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: "Do not bear witness for one who divorces contrary to the Sunnah."
