Uqbah ibn Khalid narrated from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام: "The Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى (peace be upon him and his family) ruled in favor of preemption (shufah) between partners in lands and houses, and He صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said: 'There is no harm and no harming (la darar wa la dirar).'"
