وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "مَنْ مَرَّ بِبَسَاتِينَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْ ثِمَارِهَا وَ لاَ يَحْمِلْ مَعَهُ مِنْهَا شَيْئاً".
Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: "Whoever passes by orchards, there is no harm in eating from their fruits, but he should not carry anything from them with him."
