Chapter on Livelihoods, Earnings, Profits, and Professions

Ishaq ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام: A man complained to the Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) about trade. The Prophet said: "Look for merchandise, purchase it, and then sell it. Whatever you profit from it, remain committed to it."
