وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "مُشْتَرِي اَلْعَقَارِ مَرْزُوقٌ وَ بَائِعُ اَلْعَقَارِ مَمْحُوقٌ ".
Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: "The buyer of real estate is blessed, while the seller of real estate is deprived."
