Chapter on Sales
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 11
وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عَبْدِ اَلْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "يَرُدُّهَا وَ يَرُدُّ نِصْفَ عُشْرِ ثَمَنِهَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حُبْلَى".
In the narration of Abdul-Malik ibn Amr from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام: "He must return her and also return half a tenth of her price if she is pregnant."
