Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 11
Jameel narrated from Zurara who said: I asked Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir عليه السلام about a man who purchased straw from a threshing floor before it was threshed, each load of straw for a specified amount, and he took the straw and sold it before the grain was measured. Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no harm in it."
